Tolaria is an open-source, local-first knowledge base. Every note is a plain Markdown file with YAML frontmatter — no database, no lock-in. It adds block-based editing, first-class note relationships, an integrated Git client for versioning and sync, and connections to local CLI coding agents and AI model providers.
