Device identity and certificate management daemon.
The Smallstep agent is a cross-platform daemon that enrolls devices,
performs cryptographic device attestation (TPM, cloud, OS keystore),
and manages X.509 and SSH certificate lifecycle for endpoints
managed by the Smallstep platform.
