Native Windows port of zellij, a terminal multiplexer with panes, tabs, sessions, and a plugin system. Built on the ConPTY API for Windows 10+. Features: - Pane and tab management with split layouts - Named sessions with attach/detach - Browser-based terminal access via built-in web server - WASI plugin system for extensibility - Reliable Ctrl+C delivery via ConPTY helper process - IPC security with per-user ACL-secured named pipes - Windows native TLS (schannel) for HTTP — no vendored OpenSSL
